A-Z Vehicle Dismantlers is the largest modern second hand car parts warehouse in Cumbria. We are a vehicle dismantler and vehicle parts retailer. We have been serving the automotive community since 1982 and we'll be around for a lot longer too.

We receive the majority of our salvage directly from Insurance Companies, or their Agents. We also purchase our salvage directly from the vehicle owner or intermediaries.

We are a highly professional and experienced vehicle dismantling facility, a registered Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF). We utilise modern equipment and technology and operate documented and organised working practices. We aim for customer satisfaction which drives our strong reputation, both within the industry and with our customers.

We are a member of the MVDA (Motor Vehicle Dismantlers Association) demonstrating the standards we have in place. We also work in partnership with the Environment Agency to ensure we employ best practice in all aspects of our physical existence. We have a Waste Management License and Waste Carriers License, issued by the Environment Agency following a rigorous testing of our professional competence. We also work directly with the DVLA to ensure all vehicles are processed in accordance with their requirements and issued with Certificates of Destruction, where applicable.

In addition we contract directly with Insurance Companies and their Agents, which involves meeting specific standards within Service Level Agreements. This allows us to be the exclusive dismantlers for certain Insurance Companies, covering a large geographical area.

We are also contracted to CarTakeBack.com and Autogreen, who between them are contracted to all vehicle manufacturers as the End of Life Vehicle intermediary to arrange disposal of vehicles through contracted dismantlers such as ourselves.
